pp />
You are not irreplaceable in Bayern?
Your experience of trying to hand over power to Kahn and Salihamidžić but failing, what did you learn from it?
"During those months, I gradually realized that Kahn had a completely different view on how the club should be managed. He believed there should be more advisors and external personnel involved. It was only later that I took this issue seriously; if things had gone smoothly we might have said there were other ways to Rome. But the outcome was evident, so we reacted accordingly."
"It has definitely been too hasty with Nagelsmann's dismissal without sufficient coordination with the supervisory board for long periods led us to accept facts as they were which caused turmoil during a season where we could potentially win treble titles.
However it's not disastrous because who knows what would happen if he continued given chances! I'd prefer more patience while handling such matters."
Can we still see Nagelsmann coaching at Bayern again?
"He signed an extension until 2028 with DFB (German Football Association), obviously he'll coach another club sometime down road - whether it'll be Bayern remains uncertain."
Looking back at last summer’s search for coaches:
"A series of unfortunate events occurred regarding Ralf Rangnick; claims about my disagreements being false news simply aren’t true—we maintain good relations between each other despite people assuming otherwise suggesting me & Rummenigge preferred Flick instead Of Kompnay when Eberl flew out England negotiating contracts—my instructions remained clear ‘bring him home!’ If he declines then consider bringing Flick onboard however after reaching agreement upon Kompnay I'm convinced this decision turned out right."
Will management transition yield better results now?
"I truly feel like we've stabilized once again especially within league context—it doesn't help focusing solely on Trebles rather than emphasizing importance placed onto Bundesliga title!"
