12月18日讯，在接受《足球报》专访时，大连英博球员毛伟杰谈到了他即将开始的新赛季，同时也分享了自己在U20国足和留洋方面的看法。
成长经历
我小时候生活在瓦房店（大连市代管县级市），由于家人工作繁忙，我从小就寄宿在那里学习。作为一个男孩，对各种体育项目都很感兴趣，因此参与了许多活动。在小学四年级的时候，我开始对足球产生浓厚的兴趣，那时候只是跟同学们一起在操场上玩耍。从五年级起，便跟我的启蒙教练季导（季学民）系统地学习足球。六年级时，我来到大连参加夏令营，并试训进入甘井子体校，这也是我转到甘井子小学的原因。
初中时期，我们球队前往石河基地进行训练。我从77中转至普兰店，也扎根于石河基地。从足协球队毕业后，又先后为大连读行踢中冠、大连智行踢中乙，今年则加入了大连英博征战中甲联赛。
首次主力体验
当提及17岁能成为主力队员这件事时，毛伟杰表示：“非常开心且激动，非常感谢李导（大连英博主教练李国旭）把我提升到一线队。”这两年来，他认为随着比赛平台越来越高，自己的表现越发兴奋，“能够打进3个球并有2次助攻，总体来说还可以，但数据让我不太满意。不过，在技战术层面上我是满意的，因为确实帮助到了球队。”
关于教练与团队氛围
毛伟杰评价道：“李指导对于我们的要求相当严格。他强调控制比赛节奏、快速反击等现代足球风格，让我们受益良多。”此外，当被问及梭鱼湾球场的人气是否让他紧张时，他坦言“刚开赛那几轮是有些担心，但真正踏入比赛状态后，就全然放松下来，与热情如潮的观众互动，更加激励着我们去拼搏。”
经验积累与位置偏好
< p > 在讨论如何向老队员学习的问题时，他提到吕鹏、赵明剑和费煜给他的影响。“他们身上的经验和心态，是年轻球员需要借鉴的重要部分，”他说。此外，对于自己喜欢的位置选择，毛伟杰透露虽然曾尝试过多个位置，但更倾向于边前腰内收打法，而非单纯边锋，希望更多时间待在中央区域以发挥自身优势。
